Spencer County C.A.N. (Community Action Network) was established in 1991 and incorporated in September of 2000 as a community coalition for drug and alcohol prevention in Spencer County. The mission of the coalition is to work with students, parents, educators, and the community to promote, educate and provide programs, projects, and services tohelp reduce and prevent substance use and violence in Spencer County.
